Continum of Care

This project involved the complete gut rehabilitation of the blighted building known as 34 Batter Terrace. The proposed development yielded 10 units of supportive housing. The rehabilitation also included common areas, office space for support services and a computer lounge. The targeted population is low income developmentally disabled citizens of New haven. The project is complete and fully occupied.
